Our support and admin server, which hosts valcatohosting.com and valcatosupport.com. This is a Joyent Accelerator — an OpenSolaris container running on a host machine in California (this is similar in practise to a virtual private server, but the implementation is somewhat different).
This server is deliberately geographically far from our customer servers, on a completely separate network, so that we are still able to communicate with our customers even in the event of a large-scale emergency.
