We know signing up for a web host can be a ‘leap of faith’ and some people have had bad experiences with certain companies in the past. This is why we offer a series of guarantees to give you peace of mind in choosing us.

99.5% Server Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee that your shared hosting account will be available at least 99.5% of the time. If the uptime figure drops below this level we will refund you for the downtime. You can view actual uptime figures on our server status page.

The only exception to the guarantee is in the case of server maintenance. We occasionally need to do work to the server such as installing the latest updates, this may mean the server will be offline briefly. We will announce any maintenance well in advance via our service notices page, mailing list and RSS feed.

100% Network Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee our network services and connectivity will be available 100% of the time. We are able to offer this due to the total redundancy of every component, if one part fails there is at least one to take it’s place.

Again, we do make exception for scheduled maintenance which we will announce in advance.

30 Day Moneyback Guarantee

30 Day Moneyback Guarantee If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your shared hosting account within the first 30 days of service we will give your money back. No quibbles, no paperwork, no hassle, no questions asked!

No Overselling Guarantee

We guarantee that our disk space quotas will never exceed our capacity. This means your can use every last KB allocated by your plan.

Our competitors who practice overselling may advertise more disk space, but rely on their customers not to use all of their quota, we believe this is dishonest and tantamount to false advertising.

Loyalty Reward Guarantee

We guarantee we’ll treat you well once you’ve joined. All our special offers are available to existing customers as well as the new guys, secondly our Plan2 scheme offers a great rate on new hosting plans and is exclusive to our current customers.

It doesn’t end there; on occasion we increase the quotas of our plans, but these aren’t just for the new guys, we guarantee to upgrade all existing customers absolutely free of charge.
